If any of the products within your order are out of stock at the time of packing, we will contact letting you know that a particular product is out of stock.

You Have three Choices:

• Replacing the item to equal price

• Asking for credit on your next order

• Asking for refund

We will make every effort to make the product available to you. If a product is out of stock on our website, please give us a call 416-650-1515 and we will try somehow to make available that product for you.

IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK, HOW LONG IT TAKES TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

We will contact our distribution center and will let you know as soon as it become available.

IS THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION CONSIDERED AN OFFICIAL RECEIPT FOR MY ORDER?

No, your official receipt will be send to you with your order.

CAN I PICK-UP MY ORDER INSTEAD OF SHIPPING?

Online orders are available only for shipping. If you want to place a pick-up order, please give us a call. 416-650-1515

CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER WHEN I PICK-UP INSTEAD OF ONLINE?

To place your order successfully, all online transactions require you to pay online.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders are shipped via canada post expedited parcel service. ORDERS TYPICALLY TAKE 1-2 HOURS TO PROCESS BEFORE THEY SHIP. HOWEVER, WE DO RESERVE 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP YOUR ORDER IN CASE ANY OF THE ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK.

EXCEPTIONS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO

  • Orders must be placed before 4:30pm Eastern Time zone for same day processing.
  • Any order placed after 4:30pm Eastern Time zone will be processed the next business day.
  • Any order that has payment pending will be shipped once the payment released.
  • For any items that are not available at the time of ordering, we will contact you for further instructions.
CAN I PAY ONLINE USING MY GIFT CART OR STORE CREDIT?

Sorry, we are only accepting PAYPAL, VISA, MASTER-CARD AND AMERICAN EXPRESS as methods of payment.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER MADE ONLINE?

Yes, you can cancel your order whether you made online or by phone. Cancelled order will be refunded back to your method of payment used to place order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any orders that have already been shipped from our facility.

I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM OR SIZE. CAN I EDIT MY ORDER?

Please give us a call 416-650-1515 and we will edit your order on our current inventory.

If your order has already been shipped and you received email confirmation, we are unable to edit your order.

I DIDN'T RECEIVED CONFIRMATION/WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Please contact our customer service for help Monday to Saturday between 9am to 6pm and Sundays between 10am to 2pm Eastern Time zone.

I'M TRYING TO USE A COUPON CODE BUT IT'S NOT WORKING?

Coupon code promotional period may have ended. Please check the expiration date of a coupon to make sure that is still valid.

I FORGOT TO USE COUPON CODE ON MY ORDER. WHAT SOULD I DO?

We are sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we are unable to apply the discount code.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE COUPON CODE ON MY ORDER?

One coupon code is valid per order and coupon code cannot be combined with any other promo code or offer.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

Yes, you can but for now please try to place your orders over the internet because we are not fully developed to handle everybody’s order over the phone.

HOW DOES GTA NUTRITION SEND FRESH OR FROZEN PRODUCTS?

GTA NUTRITION offers fresh and frozen products for in store purchase. If you prefer to purchase fresh or frozen products online, and to be shipped via courier, you adjudge all risks and responsibilities associated with the shipping and receiving of such products. You realized that these products may thaw or be left in the courier truck or their warehousing un-refrigerated for extended period of time. Therefore, these product can go bad. 

If products arrived unfit for consumption, do not eat please notify us immediately.
