Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. The product must be in original, sealed conditions. All refunds will be made back to your method of payment used to place order. Proper proof of purchase must be presented upon returning products.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE, CLEARANCE AND PERISHABLE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR PRODUCTS DUE TO PROBLEMS WITH PERSONAL PREFERENCE OR TASTE.
We do perform due diligence in properly wrapping, packaging and protecting all products. After all, if your product is damage upon receipt, please save all box, product and packaging and call us (416-650-1515). If product is damaged in transit and found to be the fault of courier service, we will replace or refund at no cost.

***We do not cover the shipping cost, If Your Order Contains entirely Glass Bottles, Bulky, or contains one particular product(s) that are of great weight. We will call you and let you know the shipping cost for your order.***
Caution: Please double-check your address before processing to the payment page. If customer not located at the address provided the package will be return back to merchant. In the event a customer submits a wrong address and if it results in an address correction or reshipping, additional charges may be applicable. If the package returns back to us without being delivered in customer error (i.e. due to wrong address, not picking up the package from post office) recipient requires the package to be shipped again, reshipping charges will apply.
Therefore, if you believe that there is an error in your address, please call or email us immediately so we can correct your address before your package leaves our facility
For products that are of fresh or frozen, the customer assumes risk and responsibilities that comes with ordering such products through courier service. Fresh or frozen product can arrived in a moldy or un-consumable condition. Please, do not consume if you believe the product went bad and is unfit for consumption.
DISCLAIMER: STORE FROZEN PRODUCTS IN FREEZER AT ALL TIMES. FROZEN PRODUCTS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR ROOM TEMPERATURE AND MUST BE KEPT IN THE FREEZER. We ship these products frozen; however it is not refrigerated during Delivery by courier/Canada Post. Buyer assumes all risks associated with the shipping of this product and will not hold GTA NUTRITION responsible for any damage or losses due to the sensitive nature of the shipped products. In our practice; we have found that these products do arrive in good condition. Please put products in FREEZER (good for 2-6 months) or FRIDGE (good for 1-2 weeks) upon receipt.
If your order contains perishable goods and were placed closer to the end of the week (THURSDAY/FRIDAY), we will call/email you and notify that we will hold your order to be shipped out next week the following business day ( Monday ). Same conditions apply for long weekends.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE ADDING OR PROVIDING ANY DROP OF INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR SHIPPING LIKE (“LEAVE AT THE DOOR IF NOT HOME, LEAVE PARCEL WITH CONCIERGE”), GTA NUTRITION OR COURIER WILL NOT BE TAKING RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING OR STOLEN PARCELS.
Orders are shipped via canada post expedited parcel service. ORDERS TYPICALLY TAKE 1-2 HOURS TO PROCESS BEFORE THEY SHIP. HOWEVER, WE DO RESERVE 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP YOUR ORDER IN CASE ANY OF THE ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK.
EXCEPTIONS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
- Orders must be placed before 4:30pm Eastern Time zone for same day processing.
- Any order placed after 4:30pm Eastern Time zone will be processed the next business day.
- Any order that has payment pending will be shipped once the payment released.
- For any items that are not available at the time of ordering, we will contact you for further instructions.
